We’re people too, and know that it can be hectic to have your household or place of business turned upside down by contractors. We strive to keep a low profile and leave your place just as nice as when we came in.
2. We will take time to hear all of your ideas and answer all of your questions. You’ll never be rushed.
We want you to happy with our work. If you’re not 100% sure on what you want, we’ll work with you to help explore your ideas bringing our expertise to the table. We won’t rush you to decide on a color or project, nor will we try to sell you services you don’t want or need.
3. Our estimates and billing will be completely transparent and up-front.
You’ll receive a free estimate for your job before any work begins, and we will explain any part of the estimate you have questions on. If the scope of the job changes during work, for any reason, we will inform you ahead of time of any impact that change will have on cost and give you the chance to approve or disapprove. You will also have a chance to review and approve the terms of payment before any work begins.
